Derby Burger Challenge

#KrogerPartner  I’m making my favorite burger for @krogerco ‘s Derby Burger Challenge.  🍔 Can I hear a — “Yes, please, and add cheese!”  I’m so excited to share with y’all this special recipe submission for a perfect burger.

The Glenny Girl’s Derby Burger Recipe:

—1 egg
—1 teaspoon of mustard (regular or Dijon)
—1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
—1 small onion finely grated
—1 clove of garlic mixed
—1/2 teaspoon salt
—1/2 teaspoon pepper
—1 pound of Kentucky ground beef
—1 Tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning 

Mix in a bowl in the order of the listed ingredients above and make four quarter pounder burgers.  Grill to perfection.  

I added lettuce, cheese, pickles, red onions, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and a @krogerco ‘s popular sesame bun to finish off this Derby Burger masterpiece.
